When you have an ungrateful thought, make a conscious effort to think of something you are grateful for. 


This Nomatic Planner seems to always want to keep you “grateful”. A majority of weekly activities include that word.

Over the last few weeks I’ve expressed a lot that I am grateful for. I don’t think that I could possibly come up with more. I’ve expressed how grateful I am for: my car, my home, my family, my dogs, my job, my health, & I can’t think of a moment during this time period that I had an ungrateful thought.

So, I want you to spend this week following last weeks activity & then ask your friends or family to do the same. Write down what you are grateful for whenever you have that ungrateful thought & please share it here! I would love to hear from the people who read my blog!
